General conditions of supply

Who this site is for

This website is addressed exclusively to businesses and professionals in the fragrance and beauty trade. It is not a consumer shop: no prices are displayed publicly, no payment is taken online and no sale is concluded here. Nothing on this site constitutes a public offer.

Partner accounts

• Accounts are issued, not created: an application is reviewed and approved by us before it becomes operational, and we may decline it without giving reasons.
• On application we verify your company data and, for intra-EU supplies, that your VAT number is valid in VIES.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses reserved pricing, or is inactive for a prolonged period.

Reserved pricing and stock information

Prices, availability and minimums shown to signed-in partners are confidential, reserved for the account holder, and must not be disclosed to third parties or published. They are indicative until confirmed by us in writing.

Stock quantities reflect our last inventory import, whose date is shown on the site. Availability may change between imports and is never guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Order requests are not orders

Submitting an order request through the site is an invitation for us to quote: it does not bind either party. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing, stating the references, quantities, prices, incoterms and delivery terms. Until then we may adjust or decline any line, for example if stock has been allocated to another partner in the meantime.

Products, authenticity and documentation

• We supply original products sourced through authorised channels, recorded on inbound and traceable batch by batch; batch documentation is available on request.
• Perfume is classified as dangerous goods (UN1266): shipments travel with certified packaging and ADR / IATA DGR declarations.
• Product images and descriptions on the public catalogue are indicative. Packaging, formats and formulations may change without notice at the maison’s discretion.

Invoicing, transport and claims

• Invoices are issued to the billing data you provide, under the tax regime applicable to the supply; you are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for any declaration required of you in your own country.
• Dispatch and delivery terms are agreed order by order and stated in the confirmation. Indicative dispatch times published on the site are not contractual deadlines.
• Claims for shortages or damage must reach us within 8 days of delivery, with photographic evidence and the transport documents.
• Being a business-to-business supply, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.

Liability, law and jurisdiction

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity. Our liability for a supply is in any case limited to the value of the products concerned.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monza, Italy. Current version: July 2026.
